The easiest and best way to get in contact with us is by shooting off an email to deities@gmail[dot]com. Both of us have access to this account, so we can all read your message and make a joint response! How convenient is that? We can be pretty quick, but you might want to allow us a few days to reply. We like to believe we are an approachable bunch. Please do not be afraid to ask questions.
As for applications, it may take anywhere from a day to a week to get a response back from our mod team. It depends on the time of year and what is going on in our personal lives, but again, we try to be as efficient as possible.
